Jim “Lobster” Lemley is an accomplished soccer and goalkeeping coach with extensive experience and a professional playing background. He excels at developing players of all ages, helping them elevate every aspect of their game. Jim holds a U.S. National C License as well as a Youth National Goalkeeper License.

Jim’s professional playing career took him across the country with teams such as the Detroit Rockers, Las Vegas Dust Devils, and the San Diego Sockers. His coaching journey is equally wide-ranging, having worked with numerous clubs and teams nationwide. He’s known for developing players’ technical skills and speed of play through high-energy, high-level training helping athletes elevate their game through futsal.

From 1995–2007, and again from 2017–2022, Jim served as a Youth Director of Coaching and Goalkeeping, taking on a broad range of leadership and development responsibilities. Most recently, he has contributed his expertise as an Assistant Coach/ Goalkeeper coach at Bryant and Stratton and Niagara University, as well as a head coach with Amherst Soccer and Flash Soccer.
